1135 AD at Jaipur’s Amber Fort is a new concept restaurant that recreates the splendor
of the maharaja’s court. We had lunch at the new destination restaurant yesterday,
currently in it’s soft opening, the location is hidden away above the jaleb chowk’s main gateway.

As far as possible the cafe offers foods that are made from fresh seasonal organic produce
grown locally at Anokhi farm.
Our salads for example are made from home grown organic lettuce that is freshly picked every
morning and served the same day, it is washed with bottled mineral water of course!

Humbled, we set about ordering and were not disappointed.
Four season is located at nice location. Offer mouth watering food specially Rajasthani dishes.Worth to eat once
you are in Jaipur. Service was good. Try Panchmenl Dal,Gatte Ki Sabji , Navratan Kurma. In Desert ,Gulab Jamun was
my choice to eat. It is good family restaurant.
